Payment Information
Learn about the ways you can pay for or finance your veterinary care from Veterinary Emergency Services.VES is a privately-owned business and does not receive government subsidies. The income we make by providing treatment supports our clinic. For this reason, VES requires an 80% deposit before beginning any treatment or hospitalization. VES accepts Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit.
A deposit is required on all hospitalized patients. All fees are due at the time of service. VES does not bill.
Please understand that emergency medical conditions often require intensive diagnostic tests and treatment. This may result in higher costs than your average veterinary visit. Before beginning any treatment, the veterinarian attending to your pet will provide you with a detailed treatment plan and review it with you.
Financing through CareCredit ®

CareCredit is a revolving line of credit designed for your pet’s healthcare needs. With CareCredit, you pay no up-front costs, no pre-payment penalties, and no fees. To learn more please visit the CareCredit website or talk to one of our staff members upon your arrival at the clinic.
