We’ve answered some of the more common questions we receive about our veterinary practice below. Feel free to contact us if you would like more information or do not see your question answered here.
Q: Which payment options are available to customers?
A: We require an 80% up front deposit before beginning any care. If you cannot afford to pay this deposit, we offer financing through CareCredit. For your convenience, we accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit. Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
A Payment Plan may be established with CareCredit to allow you to create the easiest payment option for your budget. CareCredit has an automatic 6-month NO INTEREST Plan available, as well as other plans. CareCredit can also be used with many (human) medical service providers. For financing approval, visit the CareCredit website.
Q: Which types of pets do you see?
A: We see primarily cats and dogs. If you have a bird or other exotic pet in need of emergency care, we may refer you to another hospital.
For more information on the pets we care for, see our services.
Q: Does my pet need an appointment?
A: No. We accept emergencies only, but always suggest calling before or as you are headed in.
Q: Will my pet be seen immediately?
A: Our triage process ensures we see provide care in terms of which animals need it most. Patients with the most life-threatening conditions will be seen first.
A Note About Emergency Care
We understand you are concerned about your pet. However, when we are busy we might not be able to see your animal immediately. Patients are seen in order of medical priority as determined by the veterinarian or technician. This means pets with the most life-threatening conditions are treated first. This ensures critically ill or injured pets can get the immediate attention they need.
We are unable to provide medical advice, drug dosage information, or treatment estimates over the phone or upon arrival. The only responsible way we can provide this information until after a veterinarian has evaluated your pet in person.
