Care You Can Count On

Peace of mind for you and your pet.

A Team Built on Experience

Our emergency team brings together veterinarians who have practiced around the world and a support team with decades of hands-on ER experience. Collectively, we’ve seen just about everything, and we use that perspective to act quickly, think critically, and deliver the kind of care that only comes from doing this work day in and day out. For over 25 years, pet owners and primary care veterinarians throughout the Shenandoah Valley have trusted us to be ready when the unexpected happens.

Supporting Pets & People

Emergencies are unpredictable and stressful. That’s why we focus on more than just treatment. We take time to listen, explain what’s happening, and help you feel more grounded in the middle of uncertainty. We’re open 24/7, so no matter when you walk through our doors, you’ll be met with a steady team that leads with clarity and compassion.

Equipped for Critical Moments

Our hospital is built for emergencies, with in-house diagnostics, digital X-rays, ultrasound, and surgical capabilities that allow us to move from assessment to treatment without delay—helping your pet get answers and care faster.

We provide monitored oxygen therapy in a Snyder unit, heated recovery housing, a heated surgical table, and warmed IV fluids to support pets through critical care and surgery. Our team is also prepared for serious emergencies, including venomous snake bites with antivenin on site and parvovirus cases with monoclonal antibody treatment.
